ok 1st things 1st as to something i am curious about , cause if i had to guess the project cerberous meaning the guy who is racking up quite the body count in this vid is the project in question and the ability that he gets is in a nut shell. he can create temp clones of him self so long as he keeps to roughly 4 of them its ok cause once it hits red that means he can no longer create clones with out risk and every time 1 of the clones die he gets back some of the collor in that thing on his chest which i think indicates if he can make more clones or not. am i right or wrong please let me know.
